Most doctors always say that if they have aches and pains the best explanation for it is arthritis/fibromyalgia. Indeed, such a statement is confusing, given that people with fibromyalgia are often told that there is no cure for the condition. But the reality is fibromyalgia is bromyalgia curable no matter what doctors say if the cause is considered.
Healing of a disease necessary to treat the underlying cause of the disease; however, the medical system is now focused on treating symptoms, often with a lot of toxic drugs. In the case of fibromyalgia, Lyrica root, which is used to treat nerve pain, easily falls into this category. Also, don’t be fooled by the manufacturer’s TV ad suggesting that fibromyalgia pain is due to over-stimulation of nerve endings.
Fibromyalgia, which is not an autoimmune disease or disease, actually causes the growth of lactic acid in the skeletal muscle and the tendon sheath. It is also considered a “muscle burn” by working athletes. At this point, it becomes clear that in order to eliminate the pain of fibromyalgia, one should avoid the lactic acid indulgence, which in turn is achieved by treating the underlying causes (this) condition.
In a nutshell, this is not only the cause but it is a major cause of fibromyalgia, and it is an important causative factor. For example, the whole condition that produces lactic acid is constant muscle tension over a period of time. There are a number of things that can lead to muscle tension, but our focus is on internalizing anger.
Anger can be a powerful emotion. If people do not allow the release, it can be internalized and create a condition that creates constant muscle tension, which creates lactic acid.
Then the question arises: “Where does this anger come from?”
There are two main origins: a very expensive relationship, such as living with an abusive partner, which requires “walking on eggshells”; or take care of a family member, who must go on living until the person dies.
The second main source of anger is actually more common, and although it is often not recognized as a source of anger, luckily it resolves easily. This time, we have come to the most common cause of fibromyalgia: the presence of excess adrenaline.
As many know, adrenaline is known as the fight or flight hormone. It is very strong and is sure to provoke severe anger such as “street anger”. (I mentioned the link between adrenaline and fibromyalgia, but keep in mind that this horm one also causes many other conditions that they say don’t have a cure either.)
As mentioned earlier, fibromyalgia is caused by a movement of lactic acid from the skeletal muscle. Again, this can cause the anger of some interpersonal relationships or the release of excess adrenaline. The cause of an erection is muscle tension that attaches to the small veins (venules) that carry lactic acid to the muscles.
At the same time, muscle tension also compresses the lymphatic vessel which also acts to extract lactic acid from the muscles. This creates a condition in which the lactic acid continues to improve, but is not absorbed.
Moreover, this persistent muscle tension is responsible for the constant fatigue experienced by patients with fibromyalgia. Is muscle tension also responsible for other symptoms associated with this condition, such as temporomandibular dysfunction (TMJ)? Cause of pain and damage to the jaw? Kissing teeth, uncontrollable foot pain (RLS)? Bad feelings in the legs and an uncontrollable urge to move them? and occipital neuritis, which is a headache that often confuses a migraine with severe pain that radiates from the base of the skull to the back of the eye.
If one is able to accept that excessive adrenaline is the main cause of many cases of fibromyalgia, can one easily post that the decrease in adrenaline may be important in this situation?
And that additionally, removing stress caused by the actions of others can also improve fibromyalgia caused by poor living conditions. I have witnessed this on several occasions in many cases. It may not be easy to have an abusive spouse, organize care for a family member, or even parting with a pet causes anger, but the health benefits must be followed these changes.
To reduce adrenaline levels, we need to know why the body releases this hormone. Until some historical period, the body produced only excessive adrenaline during times of disaster. This enables people to face the disaster or avoid it; fight or flight response.
This physical response only lasts a few minutes and when the risk passes, the adrenaline level returns to normal. Now, however, there are people who release adrenaline all day and night without risk. So why?
First, some basic information. It is important to understand that the brain uses more sugar than any other part of the body. When sugar is extracted from the brain, the brain sleeps. This is often called hypoglycemia.
People often fall asleep between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. when insulin levels are high. When insulin rises, your blood sugar rises. Some people become hypoglycemic after a meal because the diet stimulates the release of insulin (some foods more than others).
It is amazing that people can sleep in the car, as well as a driver or a passenger. The reason is that the brain consumes a lot of fuel when a person drives a car. From a safety standpoint, the body always wants to make sure that the brain has enough fuel.
Therefore, at any time, the body detects a low amount of fuel in the brain, it releases adrenaline to increase the sugar level. It is a process called gluconeogenesis, which is regulated by the sympathetic nervous system, and which allows the conversion of proteins into sugar.
We are now at a point where we can imagine how fibromyalgia can be improved simply by giving the brain the fuel it needs to stop the urge to release adrenaline. Usually it only lasts 24 hours to cause a decrease in adrenaline. This reduction results in a muscle relaxant and an increase in circulation, which allows the elimination of excess lactic acid.
The best brain sugar is found in green vegetables. However, the best fuel for the brain are the oils that make up ketones in the brain, such as coconut or palm oil. By incorporating these foods into the diet, you should notice a rapid reduction in the symptoms of excessive adrenaline.
The other important ingredient needed for adrenaline reduction is the use of bio-equivalent progesterone cream with a potency of 5 percent (50 mg) per pump? The amount needed to prevent adrenaline and insulin control.
Additionally, auxiliary aids in relieving symptoms of fibromyalgia include d-ribose, magnesium, coenzyme Q10 and certainly a high dose of vitamin D3 (10,000 to 15,000 IU per day), as well as vitamin K2 ( MK -7).
Typically, using these methods will usually cure fibromyalgia for three to three weeks.
