Simple way to get rid of cold, catarrh, cough,and Nasal congestion

Some has come to even believe that theirs’ never goes away; they already have this mindset that it’s always there with them. All the time it’s either one nostril is blocked and the other free or the other is blocked and the latter free. In other words, the cough and catarrh most times causes chest pain, sore throat and nasal congestion (stuffy nose) and this makes the individual very uncomfortable. Well, there’s good news for you. All these discomfort and pains can be gotten rid of. You can actually and finally say good bye to constant cough, catarrh and blocked nostril; all you have to do is follow the directives given below and live with smiles on your face for the rest of your life.
Steps to follow.

1. Boil hot water
Put at least one liter of clean water inside the kettle and boil it either using stove, electric cooker or gas cooker depending on the one you have. Make sure the water boils well
2. Pour the very hot water inside the bucke
Pour the boiled water it inside a heat resistance bucket (that is any bucket that could withstand the hot temperature of the water) so that it melt of disfigure it.
3. Add balm to the hot water

In this case, people use variety of balms, some use robb, some use essential balm and many other products but I advice you use aboniki balm because its’ strong concentration.
4. Get a thick towel and blanket
Before adding the balm to hot water make sure you keep a big thick towel or blanket by the side, the ones big enough to cover your head and the bucket very well. This is to avoid excessive evaporation of the balm and retention of the hotness of the water in the process. It makes the whole process effective and efficient
5. Place your head on top of the mixture of hot water and balm and the cover it very well with the blanket
Gently inhale the vapor, through both your nose and your mouth. When it get too hot, remove the blanket and catch some fresh breeze, then put your head back again and cover it. Do this till the vapor gets warm or cold.
Repeat the process for one week and see the wonders it would do to your body. It gets rid of cold, catarrh, blocked nostrils, chest pain and some internal respiratory pains.
Other options to consequently follow thereafter: You can be doing one or more of these daily
-Take 2 spoons of honey everyday and add it to most of the beverages you consume
-Drink warm water always
-Eat ginger most times and always use it for cooking or rather always drink ginger tea
-Mix milk and turmeric and always take it on daily basis. Turmeric mixed in warm milk is an effective way to fight cold and cough
-Always gargle with warm salt water
-The gents will be happy with this one: always take one or two shots of brandy every day. It helps to melt the cough and helps free chest pain. Don’t forget to drink responsibly.
-Form the habit of eating bitter cola all the time. It doesn’t just stop at helping to get rid of cough, it does a whole lot of marvelous things to the body too.
Ways to Prevent Cold, Cough or Catarrh From Coming To Your Body At All
Always put on your sweater and cover yourself very well with blanket during cold season especially at night.
Avoid always lying down on a bare floor or tiled floor
Always put on your socks in cold weather
Avoid too much drinking/eating of frozen or cold things

Avoid lying under the ceiling fan for more than 6 hours straight especially when the weather is not too hot
