International English football club, Arsenal FC have commiserated with Nigerians more especially victims of the Lekki massacre on October 20.

In a post they made on their Twitter and Instagram page, Arsenal FC sympathized with protesters after seeing images of the incident on social media and recognized the insurmountable pain they are still experience.

The decorated club encouraged Nigerians to stay strong and safe.

Their post reads,

“To our Nigerian fans, we see you, we feel you. We have read our replies, we have seen the footage. We cannot imagine the pain. Our thoughts are with everyone in Nigeria. Stay strong, stay safe.”
